Gene expression analysis of T-cell leukemia/lymphoma associated mutations of PLCG1 in Hut78 cells

GSE280396 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2025/02/12 Platform GPL28038
Summary
The most frequently mutated gene PLCG1 was identified in Adlut T-cell leukemia/lymphoma patients. Here, we employed bulk RNA-seq analysis to clariy regulated genes and signaling pathways of PLCG1 mutations in Hut78 cells. We further defined unique genes and pathways for PLCG1 mutation by comparing to T cell receptor stimulation group.
