Assessing the contribution of RIPK1 in ZIKV-induced inflammatory transcription in neuorns

GSE281172 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 16 samples 2025/05/07 GPL30172
Summary
We previously have found that RIPK3 induces robust anti-viral and inflammatory transcriptional signaling in primary cortical neurons, however the complete molecular mechanism governing this pathway is incompletely understood. Here we show RIPK1 is required to induce RIPK3-dependent transcription in ZIKV-infected neurons.
