Summary
To get an insight into the time-resolved gene expression response elicited by different heavy metals, we treated the cell line 1321N1 with cadmium, mercury or arsenic for 1.5h, 3h, 6h, 12h and 24h and performed QuantSeq 3'-mRNA sequencing.
