Summary
The goal of this study was to quantify transcriptomic differences between sphereoids made from bronchial epithelial cells at different stages of their lifecycle. These differences in their transcriptome were then compared with the transcriptomes of their progenitor cells, normal human bronchial epithelial cells (NHBEs).
