Summary
We developed sc-rDSeq, a high-throughput single-cell full-length total RNA sequencing technology and validated its performance using human cancer cell line, showed benchmarking against traditional scRNAseq method inDrops. sc-rDSeq was further applied in a drug resistance study on NSCLC lines treated with EGFR inhibitors Gefitinib and Osimertinib.
