RNAseq data from expanded human Treg isolated from healthy blood donor and crispr for target candidate or scramble

GSE282563 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 7 samples Submitted 2025/07/30 Platform GPL24676
Summary
Regulatory T cells (Tregs) are essential for maintaining immune tolerance in both lymphoid and non-lymphoid tissues. We discovered that layilin, a C-type lectin receptor, is predominantly expressed on Tregs in skin.
