Summary
T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is a highly aggressive hematologic malignancy. The potential of investigating SH2D1A holds promise for more targeted therapies and better outcomes. Knocking down SH2D1A led to decreased T-ALL cell survival and growth both in vitro and in vivo. Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) showed the occupancy of ETS1 and RUNX1 at the enhancer loci of SH2D1A in 6T-CEM cells.
