An Anaerobic In Vitro Flow Model for Studying Interactions at the Gastrointestinal Host-Microbe Interface

GSE284670 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2025/08/04 Platform GPL24676
Summary
This study characterizes the development of an anaerobic intestinal cell culture model based on a dual flow chamber system using Caco-2 cells. One goal of the study was to characterize the transcriptomic profile of Caco-2 cells grown in the anaerobic dual flow chamber system and characterizing the effect of oxygen- and flow conditions on the maturation of the cells.
