Summary
In this study, we seek to measure the effect that 6 hours of treatment with combretastatin A4 has on an immortalized cell line, quiescent hTert retinal pigment epithelial cells (RPE1s). The ultimate goal of this data set is to compare it to the corresponding human primary cell data set to find overlap in response.
