Summary
In this study, we sought to measure what changes cells experienced upon microtubule destabilization after inhibiting Rho effector: ROCK. We used human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMECs) as a model to measure cell response to microtubule depolymerization in a sensitive cell type.
