Glucocorticoids unleash immune-dependent melanoma control through inhibition of the GARP/TGFβ axis [scRNA-seq]

GSE286520 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/09/16 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Glucocorticoids were found to trigger immune-dependent control of an orthotopic melanoma model. We used scRNAseq to better understand the changes in tumour-infiltrating immune cells following glucocorticoid treatment.
