Gastric Cancer AVIL overexpression and pharmacologic inhibition in GES1 and AGS cell lines.

GSE287892 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/01/01 GPL18460
Summary
AVIL is an oncogenic driver of gastric cancer. To test the oncogenic ability of AVIL, we established stable AVIL overexpression in normal human gastric epithelial cell line GES1 and performed RNA-sequence. We also use AVIL inhibitor compound A to treat gastric cancer cell line AGS and do transcriptome analysis.
