Summary
A bacterial pneumonia model represented by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAO1) or viral pneumonia model by PR8 virus infection were constructed, and then the drug of antisense oligonucleotide(ASO) for ANGPTL4 is administered for treatment. The inflammatory status of mouse lung tissue is analyzed pathologically and the inflammatory cell count is carried out to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the drug. Similarly, the expression of ANGPTL4 protein in mice is detected and its corresponding lung tissues are analyzed for transcriptomic analysis, and its possible functional pathways are further explored and summarized.
