Single-cell Sequencing Analysis-driven Nanomedicine Design for Mimicking Endogenous Immune Repair in Myocardial Infarction

GSE288676 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 18 samples 2026/03/30 GPL28330
Summary
We present a data - driven biomimetic strategy. Single - cell RNA sequencing was used to analyze immune cell changes post - MI, uncovering macrophage subtypes' distinct roles at different recovery stages. Based on this, we developed immune cell - mimicking nanoparticles and a sequential delivery strategy to imitate the temporal distribution of M2a, M2b, and M2c macrophage subtypes in the MI repair process.
