Summary
We obtained and collected PBMCs from patients with acute GVHD (aGVHD) and non-GVHD patients who did not develop aGVHD after HSPC transplantation, provided by Asan Medical Center. To understand the effect of NGO on aGVHD/nonGVHD patient's PBMCs, we treated PBMCs with NGO and analyzed changes in the transcriptome.
