Summary
This study investigates the transcriptomic changes in DLD1 colon cancer cells upon overexpression of TRMT6 and TRMT61A genes, with a focus on identifying downstream genes associated with tumor cell senescence. We performed RNA-seq, tRNA m1A-MeRIP-seq, and ribo-seq on DLD1 cells overexpressing TRMT6 and TRMT61A, as well as control cells, each with two biological replicates. The integrated analysis of these sequencing data aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of tumor cell senescence by TRMT6 and TRMT61A.
