Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing of histone modifications (H3K4me3 and H3K27ac) in mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis

GSE290166 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/09/01 Platform GPL19057
Summary
Histone modifications plays vital role in the regulation of immune response following Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Here, mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) were infected with M. tuberculosis (H37Rv) or left uninfected, followed by Chromatin immunoprecipitation with anti-H3K4me3 or anti-H3K27ac antibody and high throughput sequencing.
