Summary
The LX2 cells were subjected to 50mM ethanol stimulus with or without STING inhibitor IFM-004490-7 10μM (STINGX) pretreatment. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups (Control, ETOH, ETOH-STX, STX)
