Single-Cell Profiling of Neutrophil Gene Expression in the Mouse Colon following TNBS-induced Colitis

GSE290398 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/05/22 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Neutrophil infiltration is hallmark of chemically induced colitis and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). We used single-cell RNA sequencing to analyze heterogenity in infiltrated colonic neutrophil population in presence and absence of microbiota, or when DUOX2 in inactivated in neutrophils.
