Systemic chemotherapy in metastatic TNBC polarizes effector T cell differentiation

GSE291111 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 8 samples Submitted 2025/11/21 Platform GPL24676
Summary
In this study, the dynamic changes in the immune landscape in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) were assessed and compared with healthy donors using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis. This study is the first to provide potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets of East Asian chemotherapy-treated mTNBC with regard to effector T cells.
