Summary
This is a human single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNAseq) dataset of human primary pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tumor tissues of 17 (deidentified) treatment-naive patients. The goal of this study was to thoroughly characterize the tumor microenvironment in human primary PDAC.
