The different genes expression in clinical para-tumor and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma samples

GSE292738 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/12/04 Platform GPL21290
Summary
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor. Current treatments are not effective. Hence, more effective treatment methods need to be sought. We aim to identify genes that differ between clinical para-tumor and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma samples by RNA-seq, and subsequently explore their functions, in the hope of finding better targets for pancreatic cancer treatment.
