Summary
We aimed to utilize next-generation sequencing to gain deeper insights into the molecular pathways underlying the anti-tumor activity of the SRC inhibitor Dasatinib in papillary renal cancer. Our findings revealed a distinct set of target genes and pathways of relevance to this cancer subtype, offering promising avenues for the development of clinically effective therapeutic strategies.
