Campylobacter jejuni regulates cell cycle progression to potentiate host cell invasion

GSE293680 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/04/02 Platform GPL30173
Summary
To assess the effects of C. jejuni infection on cell cycle progression, INT407 cells were synchronized, then infected with either wild-type C. jejuni, or a mutant lacking Ciac. Uninfected cells were used as controls. Cells were harvested and processed for single cell RNA sequencing analysis 20 hours after infection, and differentially expressed genes analyzed to determine effects of infection on gene expression and cell signaling.
