Transcriptomics of 3D pentaculture models of high grade serous ovarian cancer microenvironment

GSE293887 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 22 samples 2026/02/03 GPL24676
Summary
High-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) is characterized by a complex, immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) that contributes to poor clinical outcomes and resistance to therapy. To better replicate the human TME in vitro, we developed a 3D pentaculture model incorporating five human cell types: malignant HGSOC cells, primary fibroblasts, mesothelial cells, adipocytes, and monocytes. Bulk RNASequeing was performed to investigate the role of malignant cells in modulating the TME .
