Summary
A cohort of 69 normal human pancreatic acinar cell specimens was collected from islet transplantation centers. Total RNA was isolated from uncultured pancreatic acinar cells, and sequencing was performed using Illumina NGS platforms. The resulting transcriptome data for each specimen were analyzed.
