Single-cell sequencing of human PBMCs are exposure to CPMV

GSE295467 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 48 samples 2026/03/04 GPL34284
Summary
Cowpea mosaic virus (CPMV) is a potent immunomodulator with anti-tumor function. CPMV is being developed as an intratumoral immunotherapy candidate for clinical translation. A fundamental question is understanding how CPMV modulates the immune system through genetic/transcriptomic changes. This experiment outlines how CPMV exposure reprograms immune cells toward anti-neoplastic functions.
