Summary
This repository contains data characterizing the transcriptomic response of human stem-cell derived glia to Interferon-Beta or Control. This consists of two experiments. First, human embryonic stem cell-derived microglia were differenciated and exposed to both conditions, then subjected to single-cell RNA sequencing. Second, induced astrocytes were derived from the same line, exposed to interferon-beta and underwent bulk RNA sequencing.
