Neuronal gap junction inhibition induces neuroprotection and partially restores visual function II

GSE296908 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/05/01 Platform GPL24676
Summary
human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)–derived CNS-type neural progenitor cells (NPCs) have the potential to improve understanding of the translational significance of our finding, we also investigated the transcriptional effects of genetic GJs inhibition on iPSC-NPCs. Bulk RNA-seq analysis showed that genetic GJs inhibition induced transcriptional effects on iPSC-NPCs
