Differential Gene Expression in Leiomyosarcoma Cell Spheroids in Response to Compressive Force

GSE297525 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/05/01 Platform GPL30173
Summary
This purpose of this study was to characterize the cell signaling responses of leiomyosarcoma tumors in response to compressive mechanical force using an embedded spheroid culture model. Spheroids fabricated from a human leiomyosarcoma cell line were embedded in an agarose hydrogel and exposed to compressive force for seven days. RNA sequencing analysis was performed to identify differently expressed genes and signaling pathways altered in leiomyosarcoma cells with compression compared to no compression.
