Summary
Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from participants of the clinical study were isolated and thawed using prewarmed BD BSA stain buffer (BD Biosciences), washed twice with ice-cold buffer and counted and CD45+ cells were sorted for RNA sequencing.
