Analysis of transcriptomic alterations in HYDIN2 knockdown as compared to empty vector control in NT2 cells

GSE298099 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 4 samples Submitted 2025/10/07 Platform GPL34284
Summary
Transcriptomic analysis was performed to identify differentially expressed genes under HYDIN2 knockdown conditions compared to an empty vector control. Pathway enrichment analysis revealed a significant upregulation of neuronal-related pathways and a downregulation of those involved in fundamental cellular processes. Collectively, these findings suggest a potential role for HYDIN2 in modulating neuronal function and cellular dynamics.
