Summary
RNA-seq analysis of human endothelial cells overexpressing PTP4A1 and treated with Angiotensin II revealed transcriptional programs involved in angiogenesis and vascular stabilization. Libraries were prepared using QuantSeq 3′ mRNA-Seq and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq.
