Summary
We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) on cardiomyocytes generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) derived from a patient with arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy harboring a PKP2 variant and its isogenic control. The goal of this experiment was to compare the cellular transcirptomes of PKP2 mutant and control cells and look at PKP2 correlated genes.
