Summary
To investigate the effects of OSCAR and its inhibitors (Brivudine or Adefovir) on articular chondrocytes, we generated IL1B-stimulated or OSCAR-overexpressing chondrocytes using adenoviral transduction, followed by inhibitor treatment.
