Summary
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common malignant tumor with a high mortality rate, and improved treatment strategies and better prognostic markers are conducive to the treatment of HCC. Long non-coding Rnas (lncRNAs) have emerged as key regulators of cancer development. However, the exact impact of lncRNAs on the development and progression of HCC remains unclear. Our previous bioinformatics analysis found that RAB30-DT was closely related to the occurrence and development of HCC. In order to study the molecular mechanism of lncRNA RAB30-DT's regulation of HCC occurrence and development, SK-Hep1 HCC cell line with stable lncRNA RAB30-DT knockdown was constructed and bulk RNA-seq sequencing was performed. Analysis results: Knocking down lncRNA RAB30-DT can affect pathways related to tumor stemness and DNA damage, revealing the molecular mechanism of lncRNA RAB30-DT's regulation of HCC occurrence and development, and providing a new target for HCC treatment.
