Summary
Our previous studies on golgi biogenesis identified candidate Transcription Factors(TFs) that can support this process. Further bioinformatical ad in-vitro analysis revealed that MITF,SP1 and CREB3L1 emerged as the mayor TFs associated with Golgi biogenesis. In this study, we investigated the impact of the overexpression of these TFs in HeLa cells to determine whether the TFs can influence the transcriptome (and in particular golgi genes)
