Summary
In this work this HTG Edgeseq targeted RNA-seq technology is compared with another analogous approach (TempO-Seq) in order to establish its suitability in a research molecular oncology setting. Comparison was proposed at different levels of biomarkers ranging from single mRNA to more complexes including ten to thousands of genes.
