Gene expression profile at single cell level of iPSC-derived enteric neural lineages from Parkinson's Disease patients

GSE301050 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/02/24 Platform GPL34284
Summary
iPSC-derived enteric neural lineages are a mixed culture of enteric neurons and glial cells. We used scRNAseq to dissect differences at single cell level between patients and control lines.
