Summary
In order to gain a deep understanding of the effects of PFAS on liver organoids, we have constructed a liver organoid model based on human liver cells. We have treated liver organoids with two PFAS substances, namely PFOA and PFUnDA, and utilized transcriptomic sequencing technology. The purpose is to analyze the differentially expressed genes and the associated signal pathway changes in the liver organoids after treatment with these two substances, so as to provide molecular evidence for elucidating the role of PFAS in body metabolism.
