Summary
To assess effects of UBE2S on colorectal cancer after UBE2S overexpression and knockdown in RKO cell line and to explore the potential signaling pathways, we analyzed the changes in mRNA expression levels in UBE2S-treated cells through RNA sequencing. This approach allowed us to determine the activation of relevant signaling pathways within the cells.
