Summary
Immune checkpoint inhibitor-based combination therapy produced high objective response for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and may improve clinical outcome as neoadjuvant or peri-operative therapy. This study evaluated efficacy and safety of nivolumab plus ipilimumab for patients potentially resectable HCC and explored potential predictive biomarkers for efficacy.
