Summary
This study investigates the transcriptional effects of TSA and Aβ oligomers on human neuronal cells using RNA sequencing of iPSC-derived cortical neurons subjected to various treatment conditions. The experimental design included four distinct groups: untreated control, TSA treatment alone, Aβ exposure alone, and combined TSA treatment and Aβ exposure. Each condition was evaluated with four biological replicates, with an additional technical replicate for each condition to assess reproducibility.
