Both enzymatic and non-enzymatic functions of BCAT1 confer malignant properties in human chondrosarcoma

GSE303334 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 29 samples 2026/01/01 GPL15433
Summary
Human chondrosarcoma is a malignant bone tumor with a poor prognosis due to its resistance to conventional therapies. In this study, we investigated the role of Branched-Chain Amino Acid Transaminase 1 (BCAT1) in chondrosarcoma pathogenesis.
