Summary
ZBTB16 is a transcription factor that is known to induce or repress gene expression. RNA sequencing data from ZBTB16-silenced mice showed that ZBTB16-deletion induces an aged-like phenotype in endothelial cells. In order to understand how ZBTB16 alters gene expression in endothelial cells, ATAC-seq was performed on HUVEC after siTNA-mediated ZBTB16-silencing.
