KDM5 protein mediated cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer.

GSE303889 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/01/08 GPL24676
Summary
High recurrence and relapse rates of ovarian cancer (OVC) make it one of the deadliest gynecological cancers and the 5th most common cause of death in women. It is well recognized that acquired resistance is accompanied by abnormal alteration of epigenetic regulation, yet there is a lack of in-depth mechanistic study on cisplatin-resistant OVC in epigenetic context. Herein, we investigate the role of lysine lysine demethylase 5 (KDM5) and how its abnormal ovrexpression correlates with cisplatin resistance and OVC tumor progression.
