Summary
Conventional dendritic cells (cDCs) has been shown to mediate immune checkpoint inhibitor responses in cancer patients. We used single nucleus ATAC sequencing (snATAC-seq) to analyze the epigenome of heterogeneous cDCs obtained from 14 human metastatic melanoma samples.
