Summary
This study investigates the transcriptional changes induced by VGF overexpression in A549 and H1299 NSCLC cell lines. RNA-seq was performed on cells transfected with a VGF lentivirus or an empty vector control. The goal is to identify dysregulated genes and pathways mediated by VGF overexpression in lung cancer cells.
