Summary
Adipose-derived stem cell (ASC)-conditioned medium shows therapeutic promise for cardiac repair via paracrine mechanisms. Moreover, in our previous report, cellular priming with butyrate (BA) is a promising approach for modulating the secretory phenotype of ASCs. Therefore, the comprehensive gene expression analysis was conducted on human ASC preconditioned with butyrate.
