Transcriptomic profiling of ARMCX3 knockdown reveals activation of p53–IFIH1 axis and immune pathways in breast cancer cellsbreast cancer.

GSE308702 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2025/12/01 GPL24676
Summary
ARMCX3 has been implicated in the regulation of mitochondrial dynamics and cancer progression. To investigate its role in breast cancer, we performed RNA-seq following lentiviral-mediated ARMCX3 knockdown in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell lines, compared to negative controls. The resulting transcriptomic profiles revealed changes in p53 signaling and immune-related pathways, providing insights into the molecular functions of ARMCX3 in breast cancer.
